By enrolling in Stoic Fitness programs, services, or activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Agreement
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily enrolling in the fitness programs offered by Stoic Fitness Inc. I agree to abide by all rules, policies, and procedures established by Stoic Fitness Inc.
2. Medical Clearance
I confirm that I have consulted with a healthcare professional and am physically fit to participate in physical activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Stoic Fitness staff of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participation.
3. Waiver of Liability
I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Stoic Fitness Inc., its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or other losses that may occur during participation in any fitness activities, classes, or while using the facilities.
4. Personal Responsibility
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own health and safety during all activities. I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Stoic Fitness staff.
5. Photography and Video
I grant permission for Stoic Fitness Inc. to use photographs and videos taken during my participation for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and print materials.
6. Payment and Cancellation
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in accordance with the policies outlined by Stoic Fitness Inc.
7. Privacy Policy
I consent to the collection and use of my personal information in accordance with the privacy policy provided by Stoic Fitness Inc.
8. Changes to Terms
Stoic Fitness Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation signifies acceptance of any changes.
